Orders without backorder

All orders without backorder(s) will be processed and mailed out within 1 to 3 working days after your payment has been made. 

Orders with backorder

All orders consisting of both instocks and backorders will need to be shipped in 2 shipments. 
All instocks will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days. 
Backorder(s) will be shipped when the last backorder in the order arrives. Do refer to our Backorder Status page for more information regarding backorders.

Order processing time may take up to 14 working days during special sale event (eg. GSS, 11/11 etc) and CNY peak period.

Delivery time

Do note that delivery time does not include processing time. We normally take 1 to 3 working days to process your orders. 

Local orders

• Click here to view all restricted zones. We will contact you for an alternative address if your address falls into the restricted zones.
• A top up of SGD4 will be charged for any parcel not delivered and requires re-delivery. We will mail it out via courier only.
• Free standard courier door step delivery for local orders above SGD 80
• Standard & Express door step delivery are handled by our in-house fleet or our courier partners. We will not be liable for any lost and/or damaged parcel if parcel is acknowledged and/or asked to leave in riser/ shoerack etc. 

Restricted zones
- We do not deliver to Jurong Island, Tuas, Sentosa
- ALL Offshore Islands (such as Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, St.John’s Island and Khusu Island etc)
- ALL MINDEF/SAF (such as Singapore Armed Forces, Republic of Singapore Air Force, Republic of Singapore Navy, Military areas & camps including Central Manpower Base, Defence Technology Tower B, Defence Technology Tower A, all DSO buildings, all DSTA buildings and offices, all FSD buildings and offices and all SID building and offices)
- ALL MHA/SPF/SCDF/Singapore Prisons Buildings (such as SCDF Academy & camps, Woodlands Checkpoint, Tuas Checkpoint, Changi Prisons, Sembawang Prisons and Admiralty West Prisons)
- ALL Ports and Port Supporting Buildings (such as PSA Tanjong Pagar Terminal, PSA Pasir Panjang Terminal, PSA Keppel Terminal, PSA Brani Terminal, and Jurong Port)
- ALL Airports, Air base and its supporting facilities (such as Changi Airport, Seletar Airport, Seletar Aerospace Park, Airline House, ALPS area, SATS buildings and Dnata buildings)
- Facilities of Chemical Plants (such as Esso, Shell, Caltex, SPC), Data Centre, Engine Test Centre (such as SIA Engine Centre, Trend Engine Centre), Power Station and Shipyard natures.

International Orders

We ship worldwide to all countries. 

** Do note that all overseas parcels are subjected to custom clearance and we do not have control over custom clearance lead time.
** Delivery time may take 1 to 3 working days longer during peak period.

IMPORTANT:

Kindly note that postage top-up may be required if the parcel exceeds the standard DHL dimensions. If postage is required, it will usually fall between the range of SGD 5 to SGD 20 depending on the parcel size and weight after packing.

International orders are mostly handled by DHL EXPRESS OR SKYNET. (Occasionally, we may use Singpost, Fedex, AirPak or other courier services if required)

Do note that there may be custom / GST/ duties charges for purchases over a certain amount. Please check the information on your custom website to avoid paying extra charges.

* Do note that shipment may also be delayed at your destination if there is any custom check.

* All overseas parcels come with a tracking number. 

** If in any unfortunate cases where any overseas shipment is lost in transit, there will be a compensation of SGD30 in the form of a store voucher regardless of the order amount unless you have requested to purchase additional insurance for your parcel.

* TOPAZETTE will not be responsible for any lost mail through Singpost normal mail. Kindly note that we are unable to track any normal mail. As such, courier delivery is highly recommended. 
* TOPAZETTE will not be responsible for any lost mail due to an error in the address provided by our customers so kindly check that you have included your block, unit number, street, and postal code.
* All parcels that are unclaimed from us 3 months after date of purchase will be disposed and no refund will be given.
* GST, Taxes, and Duties for overseas orders, if any, shall be borne by the customer.
