Orders without backorder
All orders without backorder(s) will be processed and mailed out within 1 to 3 working days after your payment has been made.
Orders with backorder (opted for split shipping)
If you have opted for split shipping and your order consists of backorder item(s), your instocks will be processed within 1 to 3 working days after your payment has been made. The backorder item will be shipped out separately when it arrives in our warehouse.
Orders with backorder (did not opt for split shipping)
If you did not opt for split shipping and your order consists of backorder item(s), your entire order will be processed only when the backorder item arrives in our warehouse. Backorder generally takes 8 to 10 weeks to arrive from the date of your order unless otherwise stated.
If you change your mind and wish to mail out the available item(s) first, please email us at sales@topazette.com with your order number and we will advise you on the postage charges.
Order processing time may take up to 5 working days during special sale event (eg. GSS, 11/11 etc) and CNY peak period.
Delivery time
Do note that delivery time does not include processing time. We normally take 1 to 3 working days to process your orders.

** Do note that all overseas parcels are subjected to custom clearance and we do not have control over custom clearance lead time.

IMPORTANT:
Kindly note that postage top-up may be required if the parcel exceeds the standard DHL dimensions. If postage is required, it will usually fall between the range of SGD 5 to SGD 20 depending on the parcel size and weight after packing.

International orders are mostly handled by DHL EXPRESS OR SKYNET. (Occasionally, we may use Singpost, Fedex, AirPak or other courier services if required)
Do note that there may be custom / GST/ duties charges for purchases over a certain amount. Please check the information on your custom website to avoid paying extra charges.
* Do note that shipment may also be delayed at your destination if there is any custom check.
* All overseas parcels come with a tracking number.
** If in any unfortunate cases where any overseas shipment is lost in transit, there will be a compensation of SGD30 in the form of a store voucher regardless of the order amount unless you have requested to purchase additional insurance for your parcel.

* TOPAZETTE will not be responsible for any lost mail through Singpost normal mail. Kindly note that we are unable to track any normal mail. As such, courier delivery is highly recommended.
* TOPAZETTE will not be responsible for any lost mail due to an error in the address provided by our customers so kindly check that you have included your block, unit number, street, and postal code.
* All parcels that are unclaimed from us 3 months after date of purchase will be disposed and no refund will be given.
* GST, Taxes, and Duties for overseas orders, if any, shall be borne by the customer.
