At Topazette, our Customer Service Executive is more than just a responder — you're the voice of our brand, the one who connects with our customers at every stage: pre-sale, post-purchase, and live on stream.
This role is ideal for someone who’s reliable, emotionally intelligent, fast with communication, and naturally takes initiative. You’ll handle all customer-facing channels, manage returns and defect cases, and play a key role in ensuring our livestreams run smoothly — from listings to live-time responses.

Behind every smooth launch, successful exchange, or sold-out livestream is a solid operations team — and we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Operations Executive to join us.
At Topazette, this role is critical in ensuring our backend systems run like clockwork. You’ll handle everything from order processing to inventory tracking and stock movement across website and Tiktok. This role is perfect for someone who’s extremely organised, thrives on structure, and takes quiet pride in getting things right — even when no one’s watching.
💡 What You’ll Do:
🛒 Order Fulfilment & Processing

Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders, exchanges, and restocks across all platforms

Coordinate with warehouse on pick-and-pack issues, missing or duplicate parcels, and fulfilment delays

Track returns and exchanges, and update all internal order trackers accordingly
📦 Inventory Management & Stock Movement

Perform regular stock counts and support weekly or monthly stocktakes

Maintain and update SKU trackers, packing lists, and restock sheets

Keep track of cargo shipment, plan and prepare packing list in advance to efficiently ship out orders

Liaise with the showroom and warehouse teams to manage stock movement for estocks, or livestream racks

At Topazette, livestreaming is a huge part of our business — and we’re looking for a creative, fast, and trend-aware content creator who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, brand-building videos across TikTok and Instagram.
💡 What You’ll Do:

Cut and edit snippets from our TikTok livestreams to turn into engaging reels/shorts

Add captions, transitions, effects, and music that match current trends and platform culture

Take spontaneous and planned behind-the-scenes videos during shoot days, livestream prep, and internal moments
