1) Social Media Associate (Intern/ Part-time/ Full-time) 

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and support for our livestream platforms such as Instagram Live, Facebook Live, or TikTok Live, interacting with the audience in real-time, and promoting products, services, or company initiatives.
  • Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Maintain and update company social media profiles and pages, ensuring a consistent and appealing online presence.
  • Monitor and actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Plan and schedule content to optimize posting times and reach the target audience effectively.
  • Regularly analyze social media metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, provide insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the content fresh, engaging, and relevant.
  • Work closely with the creative marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and coordinated approach.
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the company's message and brand identity.
  • Confidence and fluency in English in front of the camera.
  • Creativity and an eye for design, with proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva as a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure accuracy in all content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) and the ability to derive insights from data is beneficial.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving social media landscape and keep up-to-date with emerging trends and features on various platforms.

Work schedule:

Full-time: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm


Opportunity to convert to a full-time position
Availability: Immediate 
Minimum commitment: 4 months (intern) 6 months (part-time) 





2) Creative Executive (Intern/ Part-time/ Full-time)

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote the brand and drive sales.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, emails, and advertisements.
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as banners, posters, product images, and videos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage and maintain the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and design trends to incorporate innovative approaches into marketing strategies.
  • Assist in planning and executing concepts for photoshoots to showcase the brand and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and sales, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a creative role, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent visual and creative skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to maintain consistency across marketing materials.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis.
  • Passion for fashion and staying updated on industry trends.

Education/Experience:

Currently attending or recent graduate of a college or university majoring in design or related course of study.

Work schedule:

Full time: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm


Opportunity to convert to a full-time position
Availability: Immediate
Minimum commitment: 4 months (Intern) 1 year (Part-time) 


3) Operations Executive (Intern/ Part-time/ Full-time)

Key responsibilities:

  • Handles daily orders and emails
  • Stock-taking and inventory management 
  • Assist in preparation for photoshoots and live 
  • Ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements: 

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented 
  • Customer-oriented and possess good critical thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to numbers and colours
  • Able to work fast under a tight timeline 
  • Independent and highly motivated individual
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to create great working relationships

Work Schedule:

  • Minimum commitment of 6 months
  • Availability: Immediate
